Create a Livestorm event without leaving the builder
You can now create the Livestorm event your page promotes from the builder itself, instead of switching to Livestorm first and coming back to pick it.
Describe the event, Venue creates it
On the first step of a page, next to the list of your Livestorm events, Create a Livestorm event opens a form in place of the list: the event name and description, its slug (it follows the name until you edit it), who owns it, one time zone, and each session with its date, its start time and an optional name.
Room settings sit in the same form: chat, questions, polls, whether everyone can speak, whether the recording starts by itself, and whether registrants get the replay from their session link. From there you can also copy the settings of one of your existing events: its room settings, its registration form and its emails. Registration stays on your Venue page, so the Livestorm registration pages of the event are switched off. Then Create event and continue: the event appears, published, in your Livestorm workspace and the page is linked to it, with its details pulled in like any picked event.
What still happens in Livestorm
Registration fields, emails and the room design are managed in Livestorm. Once the event exists, open its event settings from the page to adjust them, then re-pull the event here so the page follows.
