Find, export or erase everything stored about one person
A GDPR request used to mean opening every page that person might have signed up on, one registrant list at a time. Now one email search in Settings covers the whole workspace, pages and campaigns alike.
One search across every page and campaign
Open Settings, then AI & privacy, and type an email address under Data requests. Venue lists what the workspace holds about that person: registrations, approval requests, checkouts, campaign invitations and the emails sent to them, with the titles of the pages and campaigns involved and whether the address opted out of campaign emails.
Download JSON saves those records, row by row, as the export to hand over for an access or portability request.
Erase it in one step
Erase all data deletes every one of those records at once, after you retype the address to confirm. Audit log entries that named the person keep the fact but have the address masked.
An address that opted out of campaign emails stays suppressed, so the person is never emailed again. Copies held by your connected platform, such as a Livestorm event’s registrant list, are not affected: handle those in the platform itself. Data requests is available to workspace admins.
