Registrations your event platform refuses are kept and retried
You can now see who your event platform refused to enroll, fix the cause, and enroll them without asking anyone to register again.

Nobody is lost to a broken connection
A disconnected account, a spent contact allowance, an outage, a form that no longer matches the event: the visitor filled the form correctly, and the platform still said no. Venue now keeps that registration instead of discarding it, and the visitor is told their registration is in hand rather than asked to try again.
Kept registrations retry on their own, waiting longer between each attempt, so a problem you fix an hour later still ends with those people enrolled.
A Failed view to see who is waiting
A Failed view appears on the page’s Registrants tab as soon as someone is stuck, with the platform’s reason on each row. Once the cause is fixed, Retry all pushes every row again, including the ones that ran out of attempts; Retry and Discard act on one person.
A row tagged Paid was charged before the platform refused it, so retrying enrolls someone who already paid. Approvals the platform refuses and waiting-list promotions it refuses land in the same view.
