Require approval before registration
You can now keep a free registration page curated: visitors still submit the form, and you decide who gets registered.
Capture first, register later
Turn on Require approval in the page Settings step. New free sign-ups stay pending on Venue with a confirmation message for the visitor.
From the Registrants tab, approve or reject one request, or bulk-approve a selection. Only an approval runs the usual registration path, including capacity and session checks, whichever event platform the page is built on.
Built for careful guest lists
You cannot turn the setting off while anyone still needs a decision. Changing the linked event discards pending rows that belonged to the previous event.
Paid registration keeps its existing Stripe path and does not use this queue.
