Stack several sections in one column

You can now put as many sections as you need in one column of a two-column row, instead of exactly one.

A column holds a sequence

In the sections list on step 3 · Design, a two-column block now shows each of its columns as its own list, ending with an “Add below” line. Use “New” there to create a section in that column, or “Move here” to bring one the page already has. Dragging a section onto the middle of a line of a full block does the same thing.

So two text blocks can sit one under the other next to a video, or a short title above a quote next to the registration form. The column keeps the same half of the row, and the sections in it follow each other with the usual spacing.

Reordering follows the column

The move arrows on a selected section swap it with its neighbour inside its own column first, then with the other column, then move the whole row: nothing leaves a column unless you drag it out or split the block. On a narrow screen the columns still stack, the left one first, with each column’s own order preserved.
