Connect your Livestorm account

Link Livestorm to Venue to import your events and forms.
What it’s for
Venue builds registration pages from your Livestorm events. Connecting, via Livestorm, lets Venue read your events and field definitions — it's the prerequisite for creating any page.
From the Venue sign-in page, click “Sign in with Livestorm”.
You are redirected to Livestorm: sign in and authorize Venue's access (secure OAuth — Venue never sees your password).
Back in Venue, your workspace is created and your events become available on the builder's Event step.
Good to know
- Roles follow your Livestorm organization: a host becomes a workspace admin.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest; you can revoke access from Livestorm at any time.
- Zoom can also be linked as an event source from Settings → Integrations — see “Connect Zoom”.
- Microsoft Teams is supported, but it has to be enabled on your Venue deployment: until then its row reads “Not configured” and offers no Connect. Cvent is still planned.
- No connector at all, because the event happens in a room? You need none — see “Create a page for an in-person event”.
